Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. Following are the Terms and
Conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
NB. We prefer that customers collect their orders from our workshop once they are ready for collection.
But if need be, we can arrange delivery / shipping depending on the physical address of the customer.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed as soon as possible. Orders are NOT processed or shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
 Such can be arranged with the customer.
Refund Policy
No Return, No Refund Policies
Since we make custom-made gifts / products, customers are required to approve computer generated samples before the products are made.
In some cases it is not possible to make computer generated sample but the customer must choose from our wide selection of products and we will make that particular product according to the customer's choice.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
If the customer decides to cancel the order without any cause on our side, the responsibility of the cancellation will be borne by the customer.
This means the customer will forfeit the deposit already paid, or Picture Frames International may demand full payment for the work already done.
But if the cancellation is as a result of a delay in finishing the product on our side, Picture Frames International will reimburse the customer.
But if the cancellation is of a result of a situation that is beyond our control such as electricity power outages, mother-nature disasters or any other natural cause that is out of our control, the issue must be negotiated by the two parties.
